Our fabulous dinner this year includes:
- Bakery Basket with Foccacia, Lavash, Bread Sticks and Dinner Rolls with Butter
- Sweet Potato and Pumpkin Bisque garnished with a dollop of Sour Cream, and Crispy Leeks
- Almond, Chile Pepper and Green Onion Crusted Orange Roughy with a Mango Salsa, garnished with Tortilla Crisps, Pea Shoots and Lime
- Raspberry Sorbet in a Grapefruit Shell garnished with a cluster of fresh Mint, oven dried Pineapple and Blackberries
- Sliced Roast Marinated Filet of Beef with Tarragon Sauce and -
- Roulade of Chicken filled with Wild Rice and Herbs with Morel Sauce served with whipped Garlic Mashed Potato, Baby Carrots with Stems, Mushroom Saute and Buttered Green Beans
- Saskatoon Berry Mousse wrapped in Chocolate Lattice with a Saskatoon Berry Coulis garnished with cracked sugar, kiwi fruit, strawberry fan and gooseberry
